to use metal utensils on non-stick pans and you
cannot clean them with a scourer. But not any more! These pans are more than a
match for either and their 3-layer non-stick system triples their life
expectancy.
Manufactured
slightly concave, the base of the pan flattens during heating to ensure food
cooks quickly and evenly. The pans are cast aluminium providing the benefits of
faster heating than steel, better heat distribution than cast aluminium and more
hardwearing than both.
They offer a weight advantage over competitive products too. Approximately 40% of the population over 40 years of age suffers from some form of arthritis so the benefits of a much lighter pan are considerable. REMEMBER;
the customer can use metal tools and scourers whilst the pans non-stick
properties remain unaffected.
