Paella Pans

3 versions are available — green handled carbon steel, enamel coated and the gold handled stainless steel. By far the most effective for cooking purposes is the authentic and traditional carbon steel pan, the best conductor of heat and the most versatile — paellas, stews, fry-ups etc. The pans are manufactured just outside Valencia, the home of the paella. 

The green handled pans need to be seasoned and kept dry to prevent rusting but the small amount of effort required is well worth it. All the pans are great for use outdoors in conjunction with our ‘Outdoor gas cooking System The key difference with the enamel-coated version apart from appearance is that it does not require the same level of maintenance and is dishwashersafe. 

The stainless steel pan is stunning visually and apart from cooking is a super product to display in a modern kitchen as well as an attractive serving dish at the table. Instructions for the use and maintenance of all pans are provided as well as a paella recipe.
